That is the best idea i have heard in a long time. Thanks for posting it. Everyone who supports better education will support this idea. IMO only Kleptocrats will denounce it.

George Will called for Tom Delay to step down yet? I know The Economist did, and that's exactly George Will's publication. Super high conservative intellectual global capitalist. The big international bankers and so forth. A big part of Wall Street and the old money conservatives.
