He did collect food from the georgia prison system when he was locked up before. His stepson got free dental work from the hawaiian prison system, but niether get checks from the gubbment. Back in the days being a bumb got you arrested, today nobody locks them up anymore - jails too full and getting budget cuts. His stepson tried to do an andy griffith otis cause he wanted to live in the nice prison a few nights during christmas so he could eat a nice dinner - no luck - they wouldn't take him. He sees lots of waste and needless work expunged just to stay busy and tells me he does not understand it all - his memory is very short - probably too many days on the peace pipe from the weed he grew in the woods, I doubt in a few years he will remember any of his hidden stashes of treasure. hehe.
