No doubt, although I'd sooner go to a hybrid than smaller. I'd feel safer in a tuna can than some of those small cars.

I drove a rental here that had a wheel base that was narrower than the average. It was unsafe on the freeway, which was so worn that the ruts were visible at 65 mph. That car didn't like whatever rut it was in, and constantly tried to switch to the other. It was like surfing, I kid you not.

I like my big fat Dodge RAM 2500 Cummins that burns $2.69.9 diesel. It's very safe, and I can see everybody on the highway when I'm driving.
