Alan: So according to your philosophy all those in HEll are there temporarily, and eventually hell will have lost its usefulness. What about the fallen angels.? They will be set free also.? What about the generations on the earth before the time of Adam.? They didn't fall.? God said he would replenish the earth with Adam meaning there were populations on the earth in eons past that failed God.

Lucifer? HE will be restored to his original position also?
it surely wasn't God's will to see Lucifer fail and fall?

Alan: God's will is to see all men saved. My will is to see Tom my golfing buddy to be saved and Harry to be saved. God didn't give them a free will? They cannot choose and make up their own minds? All this doesn't mean that it will happen.

God is a God of extreme patience but not one of limitless patience. He repented that he made man. He repented that He set the Hebrews free when they failed him in the desert.

According to your philosophy there are no rewards either. Everyone who runs the race, try hard or not, gets first place too. It's God's will to see those that don't even enter the race get a trophy too. What about those people that want to be punished. They don't get punished.

Many choose hell voluntarily. They don't get to go? The man that entered Hell and wanted to go back and warn his family. He never argues that he doesn't deserve to be there. All he asked was to be able to return and warn his brothers. Why wasn't he set free. This was Christ telling the story.

You don't correct and punish your children? Why should you. God will work it all out? Choices they make don't affect the rest of their lives? Choices we make don't affect the rest of our eternity?

in Christ....Gregor
