I think your missing my point...don't they have to buy back those shares at market price...if the options will be exercised after $7.30 and they wait till the stock is at $50+ that would mean the company would either have to fess up $42.70 per share if they do not own those shares...are you talking about the option time value cost or the cost of buying and selling shares after the stock has appreciated?
