Well, they could probably spend millions in investigations, millions more in legal fees, but what for? Most or all of what they find out would not result in anything that could benefit the company. That's why I think the company won't do anything at all. There's little or nothing to be gained, and why throw away a lot of money uselessly?

The sharks prowling the BBs know very well how to set up a quagmire of offshore and Canadian operations to short-circuit the paper trails and cover their tracks.

That's like saying, It's okay when everybody was driving it up to double in 2 weeks, let's not investigate that...but if everybody is now driving it down (and down is ALWAYS faster than up, as fear is always faster than greed), we question that.
