Bechtel was paid millions to fix a water plant. The Army Corps of Engineers did the work since Bechtel never got around to it. Bechtel still got paid.

Bush's corruption in Iraq is outrageous, insane and the single biggest drain on our economy. That is, unless his tax cuts for the ultrawealthy get permanently extended.

Welfare for the ultrawealthy will then become the biggest drain on the US economy. Strange what a fiscal freakshow and ethical swamp the Republican party has become.
