I don't think there are too many insider purchases in any company anymore. I know a bunch of industry insiders. The stock market is so bad they have no confidence that the market will reward improving fundamentals even if they deliver on it. This is unlike any market I can ever remember, probably because I started investing in the 80s which was a bull market and continued to be so for years. This market that we have today is not a bull market and so insiders are pretty much absent. I can't really blame them though.
