We are witnessing the most amazing profit process ever and Americans are the primary beneficiaries [as owners of the US$ via Uncle Sam and Uncle Al KBE]. They literally produce money out of thin air and the rest of us work for it. Amazing. Simply staggeringly unbelievably profitable. But, HAHAHAHAHAAHAHAHAHA, their days are numbered.
