Charlton himself called for "lynching" Al Gore even though Gore supported gun owner rights. Tell the blacks and civil rights workers murdered in the south in the early 60's that the age of lynching was long past. Charlton Heston also told Michael Moore that there was so much gun violence because we are a "racially mixed" nation. Heston may not be a racist but he sure uses a racist's rhetoric. Maybe you don't understand Heston. Maybe he's not the good guy you think he is. I like his films too, but that's just acting.
