I meant that whether you are buying any investment (including a stock like AMAT) you must time both your entry and exit well.

Making money is based on timing...

This applies to any investment.

Any piece of real estate (outside of your home perhaps)...

Any investment vehicle at all

You must not only buy low but sell high.

I don't care what form of investment anyone uses to make money as long as they are happy doing it without purposely stealing from someone else.

Value versus the latest high flying stock? I really don't care. You shouldn't either. If AMAT is your favorite stock that's great but you still have to figure out when to sell it or when to buy more.

Lets talk about that Brian.

When do you plan to buy more? When do you expect to sell?

AMAT is just a trading vehicle for me. A way to help me retire in style if I time my next buys and sells right.
