I use BMO and TD in Canada. BMO (Harris belongs to them) has the highest customer satisfaction up here supposedly although I know not why. They canned wireless web access a few years ago.
TD (Waterhouse) offers it up here and it works ok on my Samsung phone :O)

<I had a Blackberry through Schwab back in 2000 for the very purpose you describe. It worked pretty well, but the coverage wasn't great - none east of Portland, ME.>
