Sure enuff, I'll look it up and put it on possibly tomorrow. Bowl tomorrow at noon so will probably be later in the day. I know my Mom used canned pineapple to make hers. Don't know if fresh pineapple would taste the same, but imagine it might. I don't recall seeing them in our grocery stores, but I don't shop much in that department. When I quit drinking coffee at home I lost my taste for sweets. Don't know exactly why that happened cause I used to eat a lot of candy bars in earlier years. Had my candy and the kids candy and hid mine. Some they found and were gone when I went to get one. With no kids at home now don't have to worry about that. <g>

I got mine about 43 years ago in a Flea Market back east....It has been WELL seasoned over the years...It's my favorite all time Dutch Oven...must use it at least 4 times a week for something. That and the microwave are kitchen mainstays. Most of rest of the new pots and pans are just that....nearly new. <gg>
