Yeah, whatever. Nature is full of examples where major effects are caused by minute changes in concentration, temperature, pressure, salinity, etc. A classic example is the effect on dihydrogen oxide when it's temperature is decreased at standard atmospheric pressure from 0.01 degrees Celsius to -0.01 degrees Celsius.
