For online banking/bill payment, my bank here in san diego charges $ 13.00 per month or ask for $ 10,000.00 combined in all accounts.

Back in Jan/Feb citionlinebank had ads on Yahoo for all that with a min deposit of $ 1500 ($ 2500 to open) and automatic deposit. It was a good deal for what I wanted. Icing on the cake was the apple ipod mini in 90 days after I make my first two online payments.

My fingers are crossed.
