IBM has been weak this week due to

1- They announced they are expensing options this Q (rather than wait until 3Q when it becomes mandatory). As a result, analysts lowered EPS estimates to account for the options expense hit, and the shares have responded accordingly.

2- A few brokerages have issued reports indicating that March revenues may be weaker than expected.

Nothing super meaningful, if you ask me.
