Waiting for what? A magic pill that will let them eat all the chocolate they want while watching Ohpra? Right next to their husbands with a 6-pack and a polish hot dog watching the ball game? Diet and exercise can all but eliminate heart disease. Stop waiting for someone else to solve what you can already do for yourself.
