Some of the jobs done by coalition forces require much less than one month of training, and manning a roadside checkpoint is probably one of those jobs.

Well you refuse to answer the question, and ignore my point that not all Iraqi civil defense workers need SWAP-type training, so I'll make my point clearly.


Why would anyone bother to answer such a ridiculous question. Eight days training is good enough to sweep Baghdad streets and nothing else. Its sounds to me that the attrition rate is so bad in Iraq, they don't want to waste the time and expense to train them right.
