Regardless of what citizenship and where you live you can short

any stock on any market at any time including all IPOS,, anything

to the contrary is just Hype and misinformation there are certain

regulations that the NASD and SEC have in place but nothing

prohibits a US citizen from opening accounts antywhere else in the

world..places that do not have the same artificial rules in

place...

Hey Anthony ,

Any thoughts on Bluefly (BFLY) ? Looks like garbage
to me.

Also , regarding Offshore / Canadian shorting....it's my
understanding that it's naked shorting. Is that true , and if
so , who loses the money to the successful naked short ?

<<all short selling is naked>>

Then why are shares called in ? I thought it was due to an
imbalance between long and short positions at the brokerage ?

They are called in by those who have fully paid for their stock

and want the certificate mailed to them,, because so many

transactions are done on margin inthe US ..the bigger stocks are

easier to short but the ones that are the most profitable are the

ones you cant find stock for..thus you must leave the US borders

to place those trades..or put up a million bucks abd start a

Market making Firm on NASDAQ but then you got to put up with the

NATIONAL ASSOCIATION of cant SEE D**K . yuck..

source that covers equities : Cost for my complete package $ 3,000

per month or so including Dow Jones ..you can get away for as

litte as $2300.00 if you skip some of the frills.

I Will be in Anaheim with a handful of fake business cards and

wired for sound tomorrow in Anaheim checking out a few of the

latest losers EGHT and SRCM to name a couple ,,I will be traveling

with other fellow short-sellers and market gurus and expect to be

gone from approximately 8am PST till midnight. But I will keep

abreast of developments and will send a message if I see something

that is notable..I expect to be completely awe-inspired by these

Companies so they better not dissapoint me

Anthony, re offshore shorting:

Can you give more info on the mechanics of this? I'm confused how

anyone, even if they are offshore, could short without borrowing

the shares first. If they sell the shares into the market, they

have the 3 day settlement period in which to deliver the shares.

If they haven't borrowed any shares, what do they deliver in 3

days, and what does the buyer get?
I've also heard that market-makers don't have to worry about

borrows (which makes sense, or else they wouldn't be able to make

a two-sided market in hard-to-borrow stocks), but again: what are

the mechanics of this, and what happens after the 3 day settlement

period (what does the buyer get)?

Can you give names of offshore brokers who will let you short

anything without having to worry about borrows? This sounds very

interesting, as I am getting fed up with getting bought in!

Thanks in advance,

Anthony, I just wanted to thank you so much for giving me EGHT. I

shorted it at $13 3/4 today and though I was disappointed it did

not reach eight I am sure that it will go well below that in the

next few days. I also shorted SRCM at $17 1/2 today. The pumpsters

, scam artists and hooligans on the message board spreading their

lies throughout the financial world need education Anthony. Please

give us the reasons Anthony so that we may punish them for their

sins "for they not know what they do". I have nicknamed SRCM

"SCRAM" since this is what many investor will do when the learn

the truth about this pathetic company.

Aren't you bullish on KTEL? You've been pumping that stock for

months. Given the content of your previous posts, I can't believe

you'd have the savvy to short any stock. Also, your post sounds

sarcastic and bating. I suggest that you are not welcome on this

thread. eom.

All you have to do is check out my posts on EGHT today to see that

I am a true believer. I am long KTEL and am looking to get out on

the first up day. ( If there is one ). I should thank KTEL because

I would have never found out about Anthony and his thread. I have

read Anthony's profile and his ideas and can not believe my good

fortune of being able to listen to such knowledge. I intend not

just to be a follower, but intend to spread Anthony's wisdom to

the hypsters, hooligans, whoremongers, and pump and dump artists

of the World. I plan to dig for information in every evil corner

of the internet to dig up additional information that we will be

able to use. I know how to surf the internet better that anyone. I

will send you a private message and show you what I can do to help

this board.

of Ktel I do believe he is sincere and is interested in making

money with us and he is interested in the integrity of the

market..

Here is another tip to find out which stocks look scummy. Start

book marking some of the lowly scum that post on SI. I have a few

picked out already that I intend to follow them around to help out

our justice thread. TokyoMex/steamroller is a good one for

starters. Works better then a hound dog and is great for finding

out what stocks are being hyped, manipulated, pumped and dumped. I

just love to be a dumper at the top and buy it back at the

original pumping grounds or lower when the truth comes out. Thank

God there are no laws for shorting the truth. Please Anthony,

please come back with dreaded news about SRCM and EGHT. Please

give us dreaded news when you return from your truth finding

mission.

Here is a new short. Astoria Federal (AFSC). Dorcey Wright put out

a sell recommendation this morning. Trouble coming and the chart

looks like garbage. Says the stock is breaking down. Recommends

sell short and buy puts.
