No question iMergent is a sleazer, at best.

The only surprise is that they got their market cap up to $ 300M
before it dropped to its current $ 70M level. The reason for this is that they prey on the public so they can show sales albeit with enormous non-collectible accounts receivable.

Most other pennies just issue phoney press releases regarding their business dealings with other (mostly other scammers) companies. This one not only hurts the investors but also the consumers, so it is a REALLY big fraud.

It is headed far lower, back to the pinks where it belongs with the other sewer rats.

Great job by StockLemon who had the guts to take on these slimballs head-on. Where the F is the SEC and other regulatory functions to help protect us from these (serial) criminals?
