I'm not sure what GZ uses, but I use IB...

There is the comish schedule for IB, they have two for bundled and unbundled based on how you trade. I use the bundled at the moment, and it's 2.40/contract/turn...

IMO, you are better off trading the ES/NQ futures then the SPY/QQQQ although I have never traded the SPY or QQQQ except for their options...
