Anything Patty Murray puts forth should be voted down. She probably had $10 of pork for every $1 for the troops. Everybody knows she hates troops.

Republicans have been hurting Veterans for years. Republicans have NO morality, NO ethics and NO decency. Bush has been cutting back on benefits for existing veterans and has even managed to charge those greviously wounded in Iraq for hospital meals. Unbelievable. Even in Kansas this is smarmy, slimy and thoroughly Republican behavior. Now marry this issue to the problem Bush has recruiting for the armed forces. They've increased the number of recruiters (horrible job), they've garnered lists of eligible cannon fodders through No Child Left Uneducated, they're now attacking mothers of eligible cannon fodder and they keep bumping up recruitment bonuses. GEEZ. Where are those 60 million Republicans when their country needs them to fight Bush's war? Where? The armed forces will take new recruits up to the age of 39. If you've served before, they're looking for 60 and 70 year olds. Where are all of the Republicans? Why aren't the rightwing nuts on this thread fighting for their ProphetBush in Iraq right this very minute?

ONE stinkin' dollar..... (California equivalent of MediCaid). That's Insulting...... when a doctor pays over 100K for his education. You know what a doctor can buy with 1 dollar? 1/3 gallon of gas almost? Maybe put a down payment on a house with 107 percent financing... Breathing uranium is going to make those guys sick. Really sick. they want nothing to do with insuring them for life...
