Laz, Noooo, not now. The Great Blizzard that Buried Reno is no more. All melted, and the sand swept away. During the peak of The Great Blizzard that Buried Reno, the casual observer was not able to distinguish the ski slopes from the downtown streets. But it's all gone now, thankfully, and Reno has been navigable without snowshoes or a sled for a couple of months.

The Sierras are another story, however. I see salivating skiers and snowboarders everywhere, laden with their gear, awaiting transport to their version of nirvana. I also see golfers, in their golf course summer garb, laden with their gear, heading out to their version of nirvana. - Holly
