All records have been blocked from the Internet archive by the defendants. They have for three years committed repeated perjury in the Courts, destroyed evidence, and abused settlement negotiations with third-parties, attempting to hide complete waiver of my claims against them with others, say, for example, through the proposed agreement Jenkens sent me a year ago, which was totally outrageous, called for me indemnifying Jenkens against lawsuits by Berber against Jenkens. (Speaking of a menace to our legal process, Jenkens managed to convince Arnold & Porter, one of the most respected law firms in this country, to send that outlandish agreement to me. I retained copies and it may become an issue in due course.) Now all of this chicanery is what I meant when I said that they now face the very real risk of incurring the same fate as Andersen, i.e. nuclear sanctions in the form of default judgment on all the claims I have brought, ending their fraudulent endeavors, and stripping them of all of their assets and permanently. Meanwhile, your screaming on this board isn't helping your cause, which is what exactly? Are you part of the Berber/Moor camp? If so, better you disclose that information sooner than later, because conspiring to deceive the public during pending federal racketeering litigation is not exactly a prudent course of action.
