He's always been extremely polite to me, but he's been walking around the neighborhood looking like a bum for years and I always instructed by kids to stay away from him. I don't know too many of the specifics on him. I think he got busted breaking into some cars and is now on probation. From what I know though, his situation is a little peculiar. He apparently has a sister that I have never met who had some trouble with social services about a baby. In order to prevent the state from taking the child his parents have taken custody of their grandchild, but social services dictated he wasn't allowed to live in the house because of his probation. So although I know he has problems, I feel bad that the state has forced him out onto the street. * * *
