Rape is "an unwanted sexual advance", but not all unwanted sexual advances are rape.

You have lesser degrees (which might be called something like "sexual battery", or "taking indecent liberties with a minor" or other things depending on the state your in and the particular circumstances.

Then you have sexual harassment. Clinton was formerly accused of sexual harassment ("walking into a hotel room, dropping your pants and asking the young lady (that you had a state trooper bring to the hotel room) to kiss it"). He was also accused (but not charged, or even had an official complaint made to any authority) of what could be called "sexual battery" ("pinning a recently widowed volunteer in an office hallway and fondling her").

Clinton was never charged in the Juanita Broderick rape. Kathleen Willey's personnel file was disseminated after she charged Clinton with sexual battery, or whatever it was called. Paula Jones was paid quite handsomely to drop her suit for sexual harassment.

Clinton never paid the legal fees for any of his misdeeds. What a guy. I am beginning to see that he was a great President. He was probably the greatest sexual predator ever elected to high office.
