Delay's problem is not any one crime or unethical act, it's the sheer mountain of them, the ongoing daily pattern over many years, ading up to the corruption of the entire congress as he sets the poorest possible example and puts "for sale" signs on legislation of noxious industries like gambling, pollution, tobacco and asbestos. What we've seen so far is the tip of the iceberg. So it doesn't matter is a few dems have done some similar things over the year. Delay is the GOP leader, and he's sinned more than all other dems and repubs combined. This is not an issue about dems bering perfect or not, this is an issue about the most currupt congressional leader in our history with way too much power over our ballooning budget and lives.
