<<<Japan, Germany and India should be part of a reconstituted UN>> ... says who?>

Says me, as do a lot more besides. We could have a referendum. That would be fun.

With CDMA, we will soon all be able to fire out neurons into the giant cyberspace brain and constantly decide things, much as our individual neurons decide things by firing according to their previously determined firing patterns depending on the stimuli.

Mostly, we won't bother to vote, just as when I'm typing this, many parts of my brain are on idle, wondering what to do next. Similarly, referenda will be decided by the CDMA cyberphones which are interested in the topic. Have you had songs stuck in your head, playing over and over? Well, that's parts of your brain just playing while they have nothing in particular to do.

It's rulz ok.
