"Now 49.3% of New Yorkers believe officials were accessories before the fact at least and 66% want the hearings reopened. Is the country getting far enough from its trauma to begin once again to look at the world with a steady, open eye?' Four planes veered way off over the course of an hour and a half, yet nothing was done to stop them. four planes, not one black box. The president continued reading while the planes hit their targets. Folks were pre-warned to stay away from the twin towers. Gold bars stored under the buildings disappeared. John O'Neill, CIA agent killed in the attacks, had warned of this and had been rebuffed. Dozens of other inexplicable incidents and coincidences add up to a big fat conspiracy, IMO.

Thousands of pounds of jet fuel caused the fire that eventually weakened the steel to the point where collapse was inevitable. You don't need to melt steel, steel weakens as the temperature rises. Weaken it enough and it will lose it's ability to support weight. Just as something in the oven continues to cook after the flame is removed the temperature within the towers remained high after two hours after the initial fire.

Find one competent civil engineer to demonstrate otherwise and I'll consider alternatives.

In the end you are left with the choice to believe your eyes, believe common logic, or believe them, the Bush administration.
