Next thing we know someone will get the bright idea to legislate color--psychedelic colors for visibility. This morning's local news had a story about a toddler who was killed by the cord to vertical blinds. I noticed that they said something about the need to educate parents about the risks and I further notices that they no one suggested a law disallowing vertical blinds. But the pols have by now had a half day to reflect by now so maybe the evening news will bring us reports of some bill being proposed...
