Peter, many thanks for looking it up and sharing. I am realizing I had a distorted picture here, overestimating the portion of deep-in-the money option awards by far - probably due to the fact most if not all of these awards require form-4 reporting while most of the others do not. The tables I referred to earlier wrt the exchange program did not make it obvious because AMD common was in the single digits for quite a while recently. Thanks again for putting things into the right perspective. K. p.s: Now for the sake of AMD longs I hope there is similar distortion in my picture of Q1 as well. :-)
