Oh Boy, just what we need the government to help us... How about they allow for more to be built? The only thing that our government should do it limit liability awards to new inventions. Liability is on of the biggest reasons that many more inventions don't come to life, because the liability risks out weigh the potential profits from new technology. In my biz, Printed Circuit MFG, they are still using waste water technology that is 40-50 years old. Why? Because the potential sales $ of new treatment systems is less then the liability if something goes wrong...
