Ed, About Arena oil price - usually the regional major buyer sets a "posted price" with premiums and discounts for API degree gravity, and this price changes daily, usually in rough concert with NY Merc. Arena may still be suffering from some old hedges, a problem that we should be getting out from under in '05,which would mean lots of upside earnings surprises this year for the E&P companies that hedged prematurely.

Arena computes BOE using 6 MCF for 1 BOE. See their Power Point Presentation.

Gas pipeline companies can be greedy, especially with small numbers of wells. I would also expect there is some compression expense.
