I'm sure they would like that. But with AMD are half the ASP's of Intel to start with, that could be a bit scary.

Well, all in all, I'd call it another crappy AMD report, and further indications that the management team is not yet ready for blastoff. Remember the claims during the quarter about profitability? A really good management team would have unloaded FLASH for a good price without a string of quarterly losses. They're paid to be visionary, not reactionary.

Oh well, looks like the stock might hang in there based on the relief of dumping Spansion. I wonder if they approached Samsung for a direct sale instead of the IPO?
