I believe the question of whether AMD was selling any shares was asked, and the answer was, NO. Not sure of Fujitsu, I only reard the tail end of the opening statement. /Petz

I wouldn't say "usually". Sure, after the IPO, AMD could sell its Spansion shares for cash. But the proceeds of the new shares issued for the IPO flow to Spansion only.

My comment was about IPOs in general. If you've determined that AMD isn't selling any shares in the IPO, that doesn't contradict my statement.
