Petz, thanks a lot. The ticker name will apparently be SPSN, they
are going for a Nasdaq listing. Just to get one detail clear, AMD ´s EPS would still be held back by Spansion losses going forward,
is that correct (at least for the foreseeable future)?

Petz...didn't AMD say that they would retain 50.2% control including Fujitsu's share so wouldn't that give them only 30% ownership and Fujitsu with 20.8%...the rest would be used to raise capital for the spinoff...or are they in the process of just giving Fujitsu a nominal payment and let them completely out...either nand is starting to really steal market share or Intel is playing with the market and willing to lose $150 million a quarter to stay in the game...is the flash market a two horse race now between Intel/Samsung...
