You speak with forked tougue,<g>. (Just kidding)

The chart from Sunday's TMW as well as my forcast is inline.

Sunday's chart:

And this is what I said:

TMW:

What is the bottom line??

In the chart below I tuned stochastic to fast mode. There is definitely a confirmed sell signal in place which should take the QQQQ back to test lower support.

Above chart: themarketwind.com

First the lower trend lines plotted as the lower tines in the chart above will be tested at 36.42. That level should hold through Tuesday. If energy news remains good then a bounce from that level could occur and a continuation of the up-trend should resume through out the remainder of the week with another test of the 37.00 level be Friday.

If 36.42 fails then the QQQQ will move back to or near 36.00 and then a rebound by mid-week will occur from that area. The general trend it bullish being lead by good news in the energy sector.

Chart: themarketwind.com 36.42

All intra-day time frame charts indicate that the QQQQ will open to the upside on Monday so we may see a move back to 37.00 before the test of 36.42 later in the day or on Tuesday
