No argument wrt to commodity. I'm glad to see Spansion go. On the CPU front, AMD looks quite strong for 2005. But don't you think they must achieve significantly more market share to survive long term. I'd think 25-33% is needed to be viable. I don't think they will gain that much in 2005, and the pace of gain will slow in 2006 I suspect. Do you think they are viable at <20% going into 2006?

I had hoped that they could pull out a small upside overall this Q, to get a good kickoff for 2005, but no luck.
