If liberals called for death to rightwing judges, the Sean Hannity types of the world would be up in arms demanding arrests for terrorism. After the Schindler "pro-life" zealots finished ther dog and pony show they met privately and prayed for death to the judges. Delay called in and offered his support. Also, the judges they were threatening are actually Reagan-appointed conservatives.

Who would they accept as a judge, Jimmy Swaggart?

It's called free speech. You know, the claim you whack jobs use when discussing killing Bush and call it art, or burning the flag, or smearing crap on paintings and calling it art.

1st Amendment whack job, it protects both ways.
