Haven't been following this one too closely lately. Is COMS really selling for 90% of cash and short term investments? I think there is a real opportunity for a private equity firm to buy them out, cut expenses to align with sales (looks to be plenty of dead wood) and in a couple years time frame, IPO a more focused profitable company.
Does anyone else see this possibility? What the heck is the Board doing?
