Pelosi is dead right about Delay. Why did Delay's cronies change the ethics rules in congress just to suit his particular case? What are they so afraid of? They control congfress, if they did not know Delay is dead-to-rights guilty, they would let him be reviewed by the traditional ethics rules. But no, they refuse to let Delay be investigated. They are covering up for a huge crook because they themselves are also implicated. They have all taken chunks of his dirty money and voted to reward lobbyists with legislation harmful to the America.
