The Aryans. The Greeks. The Latins. The Dorians. The Scythians. The Celts. The Goths and Visigoths. The Avars. The Huns. The Mongols. The Turks.

The exciting thing about the new genetic research is that we may finally be able to sort these migrations out, after all the many years of trying to piece it together using language and pottery and so forth.

National Geographic had an article about genetic research in Lebanon recently, looking for the Phoenicians, that was fascinating.
