You put the rack low in the oven, place the cookie sheet on the rack and the legs of the Dutch Oven won't go through the rack.

I tried to respond from the library, but I froze their computer. I'm beginning to think I'm jinxed. -ng-

Speaking of computers......mine is up and running again. No more traipsing off to the library at all hours when the addiction gets the best of me. I can fulfill my needs in the privacy of my own home now.
