That was Stewart, the maker of the Maadi Griffin .50 cal kits. Getting Stewart has a chance of biting the Feds right back in their arse too. Stewart won on appeal in the 9th Circuit on charges of possessing unregistered machine guns that never moved in interstate commerce. Now 922(o) ban on possession which has nothing to do with interstate commerce is now at stake and could open civilian ownership of machine guns just like prior to May 1986.
