Now lets hope they tell their support people about this in case we CAN'T access the web. I'm pretty forgiving if Comcast tells me the reason and expected duration of an outage. What upsets me is when a rep on the phone asks me to jump through hoops to prove it's MY setup. Usually that's because he hasn't been informed about an outage.
