Thanks John, my system default was pulling up completed annual not quarterly data. I now see that COMS has just about $880 Mil in Cash & STI. With a $1.2 Bil market cap we are thankfully not selling at a discount to cash. I think this is an interesting PE takeout possibility if only because 3Com has great brand name recognition. New management might be able to impose better/some fiscal discipline in short order.
