True but auto's could be a buying opportunity as they are approaching 5 year lows; at least F/GM are :) The real uncertainty with auto's is there a permanent shift to imports due to higher quality product? And are big SUV's doomed for the next 5 years with oil probably not going below $45/barrel till 2010? Under the cover of low interest rates we have a dollar that has lost ~35% of it's value since Bush took office and huge deficits that aren't helping.
