it's a lot of money dude. those guys are out of touch. some kind of elitist world. my x wife always said 2 wrongs don't make a right. she was right... If delay feels justified...he's using a bad arguement....one he's going to lose with. he basically used his position and power to game the system. extort money in a sense....i provide a service to an indigent population...(i'm no better than anybody else)....and i guess if i had a choice....i would like to pay my bills and provide the same service to rich people who were able to pay their bills.... i guess in the mean time...i will continue to struggle to make ends meet....like the other people stuck here in paradise with me. oh well. have a nice day. bye.
