Absolutely but when you have the numbers of consumers who are bankrupting themselves thru the misuse of credit perhaps one should review the laws governing credit as well as those governing bankrupcy. Cant believe i am arguing for regulation but i have always felt as i said before that things rest on pendelums and this time around the dereg pendelum has gone too far. It would be like if the air traffic controllers were worked so hard that they needed the protection of a union (again). I can say this although i loved Reagan for standing up to that union at that time. Call me flexible and non-ideological i guess. Mike
