Hey Elroy, Cisco is one of the biggest oracle 11i shops, I have friends at Oracle who work with cisco, Cisco has asked for enhancements to the 11i service suite to support their business (which Oracle will do)- and I have heard repeatedly that Cisco is trying to push more business in the direction of high margin services from numerous people. So please, unless you know what I say is untrue then don't jump to conclusions!

CSCO's services as a % of total revenue has been consistant for the past 3-4 years, that indicates they are not pushing more into the services business than in prior years. Whatever, it doesn't really matter, but it illustrates a tendency of your to state things which are NOT supported by the data.

For example, in order to have a "multi-year" bear market, the major indexes have to decline for a few years in a row. In tech we have had two positive years in a row. 2005 is still up in the air (we'll know in December).
